Had them replace my phone screen and fix my touch sensor over a month ago, got phone back and camera would not work. Less than 30 days later the touch stops working. The store is constantly not open at the hours posted on the doors. Countless times I was told when a part would come and that I would be called and then was not called for an entire week and when I go in or call to see if the part come in I’m told it’s been there for days, same situation with when i can pick up my phone when they are done, will tell me yep they are working on it now will be done in an hour and a week later they are done and I had to call to find this out, they make no effort to keep you updated. Their phone screens are not good quality, I’ve had 2 replaced. The first one was returned to me with scratches and they do not test the phones after repaired. Both times I was given my phone completely dead so you have to charge it to see if anything is wrong and both times the camera was messed up (the screens that they use to replace come with a new camera part yet they never worked and created a new problem i didnt even have). First phone screen that was replaced had scratches in it and they would not fix my phone under warranty because it was scratched. Extremely frustrating. Paid $220 for the first screen I received scratched and my previously perfectly working camera broken and $300 for a more expensive screen that also broke in less than a week and camera still did not work. To pay for another screen and camera and likely for them to not have my camera fixed would be over the cost to buy my exact phone retail. Done with this place. Still waiting for a call for a part that was ordered and should’ve been delivered to the store 5 days ago.

Worst service ever my phone still isn’t working properly and they don’t use name brand parts , they also took my perfectly fine Apple battery and replaced it with a defective one just to have me come back and buy another one like I wouldn’t notice my phone battery swelling out of my phone….. terrible janky repairs

Loooove Their Service, I used their service once before they were very professional, Very efficient and accurate with their time. Brought my son phone back to be fixed and the professionalism was was still on point! Definitely referred them to Family.
