This company is top rate! Tyler is the best most respectful person. I took my computer in and they did a great job. People there are honest and straight forward. You don’t have to worry about extra fees to be charged.

One issue – they accidentally returned the wrong charger. But, I went in, and the young man there was honest and shared he wasn’t sure what was going on. So, he called Tyler.
Two Noteworthy things: 1) Tyler was available even though he wasn’t on-site. Shows excellent leadership. 2) The young man was honest and still reached out to rectify the situation.

I’ve gone to another big name place and they justified a problem with their service and tried to cover up the fact they they didn’t know what they are doing.

Keep doing a great job ILUVMYGEEK!!! I wish I had found you guys sooner.

If I could leave 20 more reviews, I most definitely would! These guys are just awesome; they’re knowledgeable, super kind, and take care of both you and your machine, regardless of what it is. They’re great people to just have a conversation with also. This was my second time coming to them, and I will using them exclusively from here on out.

They fixed my dads computer and did a quick house call to get printer working again! Eric and Tyler are the two we dealt with and they are very sweet, and amazing at what they do! Fixed everything in a quick timely matter and early even for the house call! If you have issues that you cant solve by yourself call them and you will be happy!!! Definitely use them again for any future needs!
