So glad I came across this place – had a great experience – got my iphone fixed in less than half an hr whereas at imac store just earlier in the day, I was told that my phone is impossible to diagnose, never mind – to repair, that I have for sure lost all my data that wasn’t backed up and that I need to get a new phone… I came here – within 5 min. I was told it’s battery that needs to be changed… 10 more minutes – got battery changed, and phone working and all good!

Excellent service on a Sunday…quick repair of iPhone charge port and new battery after condensation from a cup with ice in it dripped on the phone. Saved me before a flight back to the mainland. High recommendation, but don’t rely on the phone number you see printed on Google. It doesn’t get answered, at least not the times I tried. High recommendation from concierge at Westin, and I went anyhow. They really should fix that phone number thing on Google though.

Terrible terrible phone skills and terrible terrible customer service. Person I talked to was rude and very very incompetent on what she does. I asked if they can repair back glass on iPhone. Person says”we don’t do that it takes months to fix. Call my manager in the morning. Should have a half a star for this rating. Who was this person I talked to , the janitor?
