I wish i could give 0 stars or negative stars. I bought in my iPhone 6S plus to have the battery replaced. I explained to the store clerk that my phone is only functional when it is plugged into a charger. He said they would run some diagnostics and let me know the next steps. I come back about 30 minutes later, and the guy explains to me that the phone still didn’t work even after a new battery was put in, so he explained that it could be an issue with the motherboard which could not be fixed. I said OK, paid for the diagnostics and waited about 5-10 more minutes for my phone to be put back together.
I get my phone back and immediately after leaving the store I realize my touchscreen is now not working, so i go back to inform the clerk of my new issue and politely ask if he can please reopen my phone to fix the touchscreen connector. He refused, telling me that the touchscreen was broke when i gave him the phone. DEFINITELY NOT TRUE! I was on my phone less than 5 mins before walking to the store (with a portable charger) and it worked perfectly fine. He still refused to fix it. After going back and forth with the clerk The manager proceeds to join the conversation and he also refused to fix my phone. Telling me the touchscreen was broke when i arrived and that if I wanted it fixed i would have to pay for it. I explained to them that i am not paying for something THEY BROKE. I never once said there was an issue with the touchscreen, ONLY THE BATTERY. So how is it that my touchscreen is now not working after they last touched it? The manager was very loud and completely rude and he even said he was walking away and going to lunch because he said there was nothing they could do for me. He completely disregarded me and my issue.
They constantly insisted that my touchscreen was broke before I walked in the store and insisted that I was lying. I asked how would they know that if they didn’t even bother to check BEFORE cracking my phone open. I felt disrespected, played with and frustrated by being called a liar and by them not taking any responsibility for damaging my phone. My phone is now not usable at all. I cannot do anything since the touchscreen now doesn’t work. This establishment is B.S and nothing else. They will break your stuff and tell you it was like that when you arrived and then try to make you pay for repairs.

DO NOT GET YOUR APPLE PRODUCTS FIXED HERE! They do not use Apple certified screens and your phone will not be fully functional. I came here to get my screen fixed and they replaced it but the screen wouldn’t come on when I got phone calls. I took it back to them and they said that the problem was with the phone , not with their screen. I kept telling the manager that it was the screen and not my phone. He would not return my money. I then took it to an Apple authorized location where all they did was change out the screen and the problem was fixed. This manager here is the worst and does not take responsibility for being wrong. DO NOT GO HERE.
The Grinch that stole Christmas … yes that’s them. If I could give -5 stars I would. I would 100% not recommend trusting this establishment with any repairs. All the broken phones on display should have served as a red flag. I expected to return with a fixed screen and charger port. I was forced into purchasing a new phone which was older than what I came in with. This establishment is a disappointment and a scam. Do not trust them.
