It has a good location, buth if you have an issue they will ghost you….
I had Horrible experience, I took my phone to replace the screen paying PS130 for it plus an screen protector (which was installed with air gaps and is 10mm smaller than my screen) they say it would take 1 hour but took them 2 hours instead. When I got my phone back the GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and calls where not working, I expressed my concern, but they dismissed me. I had to come back the next day, the manager was all the time man-explaining me, treating me as I was dumb and trying to manipulate the conversation. After almost 2 hours discussion, they offer me a refund of PS50, but my phone was still not working, I’m not from York and I was traveling to another city that day. After 2 hours almost 3 of discussion they offer me to pay PS50 for a new phone (which I don’t need), I accepted out of tiredness and frustation but later I came back to returning because I was still needing to fix my phone!!!!, they said they will refund the PS50 but nothing happened.
Long story short Im was charged PS130 for a horrible service and a half functional phone.

Update: I replied the comment of iMobile York and sent and email to customer service, they said they will investigate my case, a week later a sent another email to follow up with no reply. I sent another email and they have been ignoring my emails. In other words they GHOSTED ME!!
I don’t know what kind of customer service ignore clients.
After all this I had to take my phone to another place and they immediately noticed that there was a whole CABLE MISSING, basically iMobile York RIPPED OFF a CABLE that now I need to find in order to fix my phone. The refund never happened and now I need to find a piece that they took off from my phone
Worst service ever.

Excellent service here at iMobile. We came in for a new screen cover for my ancient P30 lite, and they had the exact case in to fit. At PS5 only and fitted we got one for my partner, came to PS13 altogether, fitted & done. The staff were knowledgeable, there were no sales pressures and they were pleasant. Thoroughly recommended. It just works.

Disappointed. Issues with phone after screen replacement. They tried everything but to no avail. Will not waste money on repairs in future and go for a new phone.
