I had my screen repaired last week and had the screen protector applied. The first time I placed my iPad in my back pack and took it to work, I got there and took it out and there were multiple cracks in the screen protector. I completely wasted $300 here. So upsetting. It was in a bag with another iPad and kindle and they are both fine.
Customer service did contact me and offer to replace the screen protector at a discount.
I don’t believe I would have gotten this screen protector though had I been warned how delicate it is.
I took my iPhone 12 in with inconsistent charging issues. The gentleman at InOut gladly looked into the charging port area of my phone to find it very dirty. He used special hand tools while I waited and removed the dirty material. Charging issues solved. A base service fee of $20 was waved. He thanked me for coming in. I WILL RETURN WITH ANY FUTURE PHONE I MAY HAVE !!!!
Great customer service. Meddy was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about my phone didn’t get irritated or act irritated with me or my issues with my phone. I recommend anyone who wants their phone repaired in a timely and professional manner to come to in and out. Thanks
