Brought in my laptop with a motherboard fried by a power surge. It took Bobby only a couple of minutes to determine the boot up failed. He was very informative about what he was doing. I asked if he could test the hard drive. He was happy to report it was 100% recoverable, and could be transferred to another backup hard drive from which to repopulate my next laptop and go about my business needs. Bobby gave me a running total of costs as I queried his experience in IT, and he informed me of my options. It took a few days to transfer my 11 gigs of mostly high resolution photos to the 1 terabyte backup hard drive I purchased. I elected this option to avoid risking my fried laptop’s hard drive degenerating over time. Total cost $226, for a free evaluation of the laptop, purchase of a hard drive protective case, 1 terabyte backup hard drive, and transferring 10 years worth of irreplaceable photos and data $185, including 4 years worth of photos transferred previously from an ancient IPhone. Best value I’ve ever received. I am a satisfied customer.

This place is more than excellent and in this day and age that is rare. They fixed my laptop for very low cost. The service tech was very fast with diagnosis and repair, and she is very knowledgeable. Don’t buy a new one before you check this place out for refurbished or you could waist money.
