Went about a year ago to get my cracked phone screen fixed (iPhone XR) customer service was nice and the process was fast (was able to get my phone the same day) however it shows how fast it was made because the glue is melting and sticking out on the sides of my screen and I can’t clean it off no matter what I use, it looks really bad and cheaply done. There are times where I can’t press on anything on my phone, it won’t register my tapping on the screen. Even took the screen protector off and it won’t work. Sometimes water will seep through the screen and I have to dry it off with a blow dryer. My sim tray won’t stick out anymore because there is a noticeable amount of glue around it and I’ll probably have to spend more money to get it fixed. Do NOT recommend this place if you want your phone fixed because it seems that they only do the bare minimum for $$$. This is a real review, a real person, you can look up my name in one of your previous orders. Actually had to get my phone fixed because of your mistake 🙂 But really shows how professional this business is when all they can do is laugh at a bad review and call it fake and not wanting to even ATTEMPT to fix it. This business is a joke and truly shows it.

I took my laptop in for a repair as it was stuck in airplane mode. It was repaired or so I thought. I brought it home only to have it happen again just two week later when the computer switched back to airplane mode while I was using it. I could not log onto the internet. When I took it back Joe stated he had no issue getting on the net. I tried my hot spot in the shop and he saw it would not connect. I said I would leave it for him to fix again. He told me he could not do anything and had no suggestions unless it happened again for him. I left and in the car a few blocks away, I was unable to connecrt to my hot spot. It was a $60 temporarily repair that lasted 2 weeks. Buyer beware.

I needed my iPhone fixed because the charging port was bad. Joey & Christine were both so friendly and knowledgeable yet personable at the same time. They even loaned me a wireless charger to use while the special order part came in. iNerd is the best electronics repair in Yuma! Thank you Joey and Christine!!!
