They say they do computer repair, but if you bring them a HP laptop, they want your power supply, saying that they’re not sure they have one they fits it.

It’s a HP, probably the most common
windows laptop . They’ve used the same charger for many years, no matter the model

I did not get the feeling computer repair is actually their forte.

EDIT: In response to the company’s reply, I will say that I’ve had my lap top worked on at more than one place in Baton Rouge and out of state as well, and in no case was I ever expected to provide a power supply. To the contray of what they stated, yes, every HP laptop of the last half ten years at least has had the same plug. I left this place and went to Computer Heaven in Baton Rouge,and they didn’t ask for a plug. I completely stand by my original assessment.

We have a old Dell Desktop running Windows 7. The hard drive died (unable to boot Windows). We had no backup of the hard drive so with were unable to retrieve thousands of files (documents, photos, music etc). Brought the cpu to Bret & Donnie. They removed the hard drive and accessed our files via their recovery software and downloaded all files to our USB drive. Plugged USB drive into our new computer and there were all out “almost lost” files!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You!!!!!!!!!! Would give 10 stars on rating if it was possible!!!! Highly recommend InfinI Technology Group!!!
