Brought my HP computer in that was out of commission for roughly over year, wouldn’t power on or take a charge even when tried with a new battery, I thought I had blown the battery or fried the motherboard, but I took it to Ingram Technology, the lady who was at the counter was super nice and helpful, and let me know there was NO DIAGNOSTIC FEE!! Had a solid line of communication from Matt through the website. He told me it was only a bad power jack, but later upon further investigation, found the USB/AUX port had become corroded and prevented the laptop from turning on. No extra charge was added, and got my computer back up and running in good & reasonable timing!! If you need your computers fixed, Ingram Technology is the best all-around! Will be back if I need anything else fixed!

Ms Janice is a gift from above!! I always feel nervous starting over everywhere we move finding a new place to go to for services. I called and immediately knew this was the place that will get all of my business. Very friendly and informative over the phone and even more friendly in person. I took my external hard drive to get fixed, and although Mr Matt was unable to fix it, I appreciated their quick service and fast communication! I could talk to Ms Janice all day! Will definitely come back here for any future issues!
