This repair shop is very professional and people works there are very courteous and friendly. I went in there to get my asus gaming laptop repair and was issus a repair tickets. The laptop was unable to be the repair for the price I want so I decline . I got my laptop back promptly, no forced repair sale pitch, was not charge for the diagnosis. Above all , was all smile and was a courteous good bye.
Was in much need of a solution to fix my phone. Had an issue with the charger going into the port. I thought I broke it and it was over time to get a new phone. I walked In Intelligence and explained my issue. In no time my phone was fixed. It was able to take charge again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
