This is an updated 5 star review today, 9/3/2024, to my past 5 star review of Udi and International Computer Support.

My printer started suddenly printing gibberish and would not stop, no matter what I tried.

Udi responded on a timely basis and was able to fix the printer problem and complete the necessary updates to my computer for a very fair price.

He is patient, kind and explains things in a clear, understandable manner.
It is extremely helpful as well to be able to handle things by phone.

I again highly recommend Udi and International Computer Support and greatly appreciate the help. 9/3/2024

I highly recommend Udi and International Computer Support for excellent service.

I was feeling overwhelmed due to a hacked email and a nonfunctioning printer that would not connect to my computer. In addition, I have an outdated smart phone and was concerned about losing my photos. To make things worse, I had lost access to Microsoft Office at a time when I needed to complete some important time sensitive documents.

Udi was able to resolve all my issues in a friendly, efficient way and has the ability to explain information so that it is understandable to older individuals who have some challenges with technology.

In addition to offering service in the home, his company offers a remote help service which is invaluable to those of us who face ongoing challenges with our technology.

Highly recommend! My computer went dead & looking for computer repair saw all the great reviews here so I gave them a call. They had me bring it right in & spent an hour diagnosing my computer finding the best option to get a new one and swap out my hard drive and gave me great advice on how I could do it myself. Asked how much I owed and they charged me nothing. Super honest & quick service. Would definitely go to them in the future with any other computer or cellphone issues!

My computer went down on Friday and I needed a new one ASAP. Ude worked thru part of the weekend to have a new one delivered and then transfer all the data. Lo and behold! The new one was up and running by midmorning today (Monday). Doesn’t get much better than that.
