Ann, who answered my initial call for service, was very friendly and gracious from the start. She dispatched Dan, who arrived for our appointment right on time and was extremely helpful in sorting out some networking issues our office had from a recent service change. While this issue was resolved by another service we already belong to, Dan’s quick diagnosis of our issue and willingness to help was superb — he even offered to standby to explain our network issue over the phone to another company. I appreciate his patience in this mix up for services on our end.

Iowa PC Services is, hands down, the best in the business. I’m not very mobile so Jarad was prompt in arriving first thing in the morning. He assessed the problem and had it fixed and running in no time. He took a couple extra minutes to test top make sure t was working right and gave me a couple tips to improve my computer’s performance. Everyone gets scared when it comes time to pay for technical work. The price was more than fair and even less than I anticipated. I will definitely use them anytime in the future and refer others who need help with their computers.
