Almost not fair to leave a review since I decided not to be a customer. Shop during the week opens at 11 am. Went there at noon today and the lights were on and the open sign was lit and flashing but no one was there. I was slightly perturbed, but I get it running a small business is hard. Leave a note on the door that says you had to step out and will be back at a certain time and turn off the open sign. I called him (seems like it’s a single owner/worker) to figure out if they were and he was going to be back in an hour. Don’t feed into your customers frustrations and scold them about being upset. That is horrible customer service.

I took my business to CPR (cell phone repair) on the other side of Wylie. They had at least 3 people I saw working there. Better customer service and a little less expensive (not that it was an issue). Also their turn around time at CPR was estimated to be 1-2 business days instead of 4-5 when a part is needed to be ordered.

I was so satisfied with the service that I received. I called Wiley Phone Repair and to get a quote because I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. My phone started glitching in result. I informed them that I would be there within 30mins. When I arrived my info was taken down and I was told it would take approximately 30 mins to fix my iPhone 11 screen. I left to run to the bank and returned within 30mins. My phone was finished and it looked great.

He was very fast and offered me a screen protector, but my husband had already bought me one. We had a great conversation about cell phones. I’m so happy I found this place, hopefully I don’t have to go back soon, but definitely found my phone repair guy.

I brought my daughter’s phone in to have the OS reinstalled. The was 79.00 plus tax. I was called to pick up the phone. The guy set the phone on the counter and proceeded to have a conversation. I left the shop and laid the phone in my passenger seat. I got home and put the phone on my night stand. The next day I go to setup the phone I noticed the top left corner of the screen is cracked. I went to talk to Zane about. He is closed. I just wished he would have told me about the crack. I would have been happy to work something out. Now he has lost me as a customer and a referral. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN. NOT AN HONEST GUY.
