I had my iPhone screen replaced at this place and as far as the service and repair quality, it was okay. The problem is that the glass screen they use is quite different from Apple. My colors are completely different, less vibrant and the brightness is much darker. For example, maroons will look olive-brown. I have to turn the phone brightness up all the way now to see it clearly and it eats my battery much faster. In the hour and a half since I got it fixed, my phone percentage has dropped 27% – and I haven’t even had the brightness fully up, trying to slow the battery usage rate. Before today, I kept my brightness at about 2/3, and that was brighter than what I’m experiencing now at 100%. Photos appear dark and the shadowed areas are very dark and lose detail now. This is the only screen option they offer so just be aware of this before having one replaced here. Also, Apple will no longer replace your screen once it’s been replaced by another company, so if you are dissatisfied with the quality, you’re just out of luck – like me. It’s as if Apple wants to punish their customers for not using them in the first place (as if you’re not overpaying for the device in the first place).

If you rely on accurate colors, clarity and brightness settings that will keep you from having to charge your battery multiple times a day, as I do for my job and other things, my advice is to go to Apple right off the bat (as much as I don’t want to say that because so many of Apple’s policies are ridiculous and are a slap in the face to their customers). All in all, I wish I’d just stuck with my original cracked screen. It was cracked in several places, but it was still better than what I have now.

I had my iPhone 7 Plus repaired here. It was quick with great service but after a week it was sitting on the counter and I came back and it was cracked. I’ve heard of defective screens. I called multiple times with no answer and left a voicemail with my phone number with no response. I still have my receipt. I just Sucks I spent $121.90 on a screen for it to crack in a few days with nothing that I did. I won’t go back. Now I’m out of warranty and still nobody has answered the phone when I’ve called.

Went in yesterday to have screen replaced. The home button doesn’t work now and believe he messed up the antenna for our cellular connection. It would ring before we brought it in, just had a blank screen. And now spectrum can’t even connect to the phone. So will be taking back to hopefully have fixed. But according to reviews it’s not looking good. Wish I would have taken to iPhone store. Also, he said it would take 35mins and it took almost an hour and a half. Which had me worried then too.
