Went to get screen repair and thought this place was where the guy I usually go to moved to but it wasn’t. I was going to stay bc they guy drove over to meet me even though his hours say he was open no one was there but I waited. When he told me price it was $30 more than I usually pay. I just questioned and asked if price went up bc at that point I thought I was at my normal guy’s place. I was going to stay when I realized it wasn’t my normal guy just bc he drove over to meet me but then he proceeded to get smart with me when I asked about the price saying he wasn’t only going to drive over for $20 profit and he’s trying to run a business. At that point I simply said your rude and left. Found my normal guy 2 min up the street and saved $30 while being treated nicely.

This place is amazing. Apple Tech support said there wasn’t any way to backup my phone when the display was broken and I couldn’t enter my passcode. The owner of iPhone Repair actually had me taken care of in less than ten minutes. I couldn’t believe it. He was able to replace the screen temporarily for me, and allowed me to back up my phone in his store, and only charged me $10. This guy seriously knows more than Apple does. He’s fast, and very trustworthy. Oh, and they have a super cute puppy there too. #Bonus.

Super nice guy that knows his stuff. Fast, high-caliber service at a great price. The man was technically closed but didn’t have the heart to turn me away. That is customer service at its finest. Chaz’s knowledge of Apple products is superior to other businesses and his focus on Apple repair allows him to provide quick turn around without having to increase price or sacrifice quality.
