Dude is super unorganized. Took my partner to go get his item repaired. Guy never told us where to meet him. We showed up, walked to a desk (and I say ‘a’ desk because there’s a million desks with no indication of what they belong to) the two men at the desk were SUPER rude. So we walked around and eventually found the repair shop downstairs where the guy left his dog unattended. We sat there and called and called and called the guy. No answer. As a matter of fact; it eventually went to voicemail. So we started back up the stairs and the guy was sitting in a random spot with another client. No apology for leaving us wandering around looking for him trying to contact him. Mind you, he knew we were coming in right then because we spoke to him on the phone. Kinda odd how his communication diminished. He also failed to tell us his credit card machine doesn’t work. So we didn’t show up prepared with cash. Super unorganized. Super ungrateful for his clientele. Which we low key felt a bit of prejudice coming from him cause his demeanor changed from when he was speaking to the Caucasian lady to when he spoke to us. He seemed annoyed to say the least. Won’t be returning. Only giving two stars because he actually did the job right. But that’s it.

iPhone repair is top notch- I would never go anywhere else to fix an iPhone or iPad. Both my partner and I have had super positive experiences. The first time I came in to replace my phone screen it turned out the screen replacement was slightly defective to touch sensitivity in certain areas along the corners of the phone, and Ruben was so generous in replacing it for free even after I waited past the three month warranty period. I’m so grateful. And the new screen works great 🙂

I definitely recommend this place! Ruben was extremely helpful and very kind. His doggy was such a great worker too! I honestly don’t enjoy going to the Apple store or any phone companies because I don’t know much about technology and I feel like I’m going to be scammed. However, this place didn’t make me feel that way. Overall, it was a great experience. I was in and out quickly. Thanks, Ruben!
