This might be the best experience I’ve had having my phone repaired. They replaced my Samsung S20 plus screen quickly and did excellent work. I discovered after I got my phone back, my “down” volume button was not working properly. It was unclear what might have happened during the screen repair process to cause this to happen but the store owner immediately set to work to figure it out. He determined it was either some damage to the volume button or the phone frame. He took full responsibility and replaced both without charge. It’s very rare to have this level of care, integrity, and quality from a 3rd party repair shop. This is now my place for all my phone repair needs in Portland. It should be yours as well.

I broke my screen last week and they were great. Same day repair my new screen was fixed within the hour. I also had to bring my phone back into the shop because my volume button wasn’t working. The gentleman was very kind, fast and efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I live in Washington state, and I’ll be making the drive from now on if I need future repairs. Great service and great prices.

Amazingly quick & kind service! My roommate brought in their Moto G Stylus to get the charging port replaced, and he got it done for cheaper than we were quoted at every other spot in town. Lots of other places weren’t even able to work on their phone at all! But our man got it done over an hour quicker than expected, and the phone now works like a charm! Can’t reccomend this guy enough.
