I needed the screen replaced on my iPhone 13 Pro. He gave me two options, an Apple glass or aftermarket . I picked the the aftermarket option because he told me that it would perform the same. I got my phone back and I swore it wasn’t the same phone. It worked like a POS ever since. When I asked about that when I 1st got it back he said that’s how it is because you didn’t want an Apple screen. A couple weeks later it stopped working entirely. I went back and complained when my phone turned black and green one random morning. He told me that I dropped my phone and that’s why that this happened when I never dropped my phone since he fixed the screen. He finally said that he would fix the screen again with no charge. I got the phone back after 20 mins and it works perfectly fine now. I assume something was wrong with the screen from the start and he didn’t want to stand behind his product.

I had a great experience today at iProdigy. The back of my iPhone was completely destroyed. Less than 1 hour later it looks brand new. I had my phone fixed elsewhere prior to today and it was clearly not done properly. The owner of iProdigy was so kind he didn’t even have the heart to tell me how poorly a competitor did the job! I highly recommend this store!
