Amazing, high-quality and friendly service! Raf knows what he is doing and was quick to address the problem when my computer crashed recently. It is my primary business computer, so he understood my concerns and took them seriously. I was considering going to BestBuy at first, but I’m glad I came here instead because they likely would not have been able to figure out the problem. Not only did Raf figure out the problem, he made my computer better than before, upgrading it. We were waiting for a part to come in, and he even offered to come out and install it at home, which he just did! I’ve never had any issue reaching him and he was always willing to work with me on timings. I’m extremely happy with his performance and work – I highly recommend anyone to use him for whatever computer, network or security issues you are having!

Apple informed me that fixing my screen would cost the same price or more as buying a brand new MacBook. I have a MacBook Pro 2020 so I found that option absurd.
