Right out of the box I can certainly tell how quality this is from the way it’s packed all the way down to the extensive quality testing checklist they include with every build. Everything I could have required in terms of configuration was taken care of out of the box and she runs like a beautiful dream. I have yet to give it a good run on my work software (primarily 3D work), but I am very confident in the product I received and extremely pleased. You best believe I will be recommending the company to as many friends as I can who absolutely refuse to build their own computers. They certainly take care of you at Ironside Computers!! If I could give better than 5 stars I absolutely would, so all I can do is sing their praises to fellow industry professionals. Highly recommended!!!

My custom build hasn’t even shipped yet but they have been nothing but communicative and open at every step, always responded to email inquiries within same day (some even same hour), let you know at ever step of the process what’s going on… I could go on and on but I’m genuinely impressed with their customer service so far. Coming off of two returned PCs due to being defective, poor build quality, and failing to hold up to stress, I was extremely worried about trying yet another company but after our interactions I am not the SLIGHTEST bit worried about the product I’m about to receive now! They’ve certainly positioned themselves as extremely professional and knowledgeable right from the get go and the experience has truly been night and day. I will probably leave ANOTHER good review post receiving the product as well as an update! Definitely recommend working with them and I look forward to all my future positive experiences with them!!

This company (Ironside computers) Has went above and beyond making me happy that I switched from console to P.C. I am nothing but happy with my Ironside computer it’s fast. Looks and performs at the highest level. I would so purchase from Ironside again and again if I ever needed to which I really don’t think I will ever need to. Their support side is top notch and questions I have had has been met wit nice polite and very smart responses and courteous above all others I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the past. I only rated them a 5 star because there wasn’t a 6 star or even a 10 star.

For gaming, business, or coding my computer from ironside has worked flawlessly. The 5 year warranty that is comes with also relieves a lot of stress
I spent $2,600 but they have computers for every budget, if they’re out of stock for a pre-made computer or you want something specific they have a pc building section too, which is what I opted with
I’ve only experienced positives with their customer service, but one side note is to be patient with building and delivery time. Delivery can be 2-3 weeks before it arrives as they have 4 day work weeks, but for the guarantee of a good product it’s worth the wait. 5 stars
