Stopped in here yesterday because my tablet screen was broken I have a Galaxy Tab S7 Fan Edition 12.4 inch screen was told that it would need to be ordered while I was in I decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone case these guys were very knowledgeable knew exactly what I was looking for and even threw in a screen protector Groupon leaving they decided that it was actually possible to overnight the screen for my tablet they kept my tablet ordered the part overnight fixed it and even managed to stay past closing to allow me to pick it up when I got off work because I had a long drive home these guys are fantastic fast service very knowledgeable excellent business with an excellent skill set to realize that the people still matter you can’t get that from big box stores in commercial places anymore small businesses are the way to go once I picked up my tablet I let them know that I was looking for a screen protector that was glass for my switch and a case and screen protector for my tablet with keyboard they don’t normally carry it and said that they would be in touch that they would find me one stop in and give these guys a shot

Very POOR customer service ! Took 5 months for my screen repair ! They said it was going to be to hard for them to repair back glass said they would swap phone internals to another phone. Finally called today wondering where we were at with my phone . Nate who answered was matching my energy with being upset am was very rude , finally the owner called back an was just as rude am told me he had called an texted me numerous time which is a bold face lie . I’ve never received any of them texts nor calls or I wouldn’t have called in upset that I dropped phones off in January. I’d recomend the Indians in the mall before supporting these guys !!

I had an excellent experience here. Travelled into town and realized my laptop wouldn’t turn on when I arrived. Took it to iShattered based on the great reviews and the place did not disappoint. I was greeted by Kenton who was super friendly and professional. They didn’t have the broken part but he ordered it by overnight delivery and the laptop was fixed in less than 24 hrs, good as new. He was always transparent about prices and called to give updates during the fixing process. Excellent service and genuinely great guys running this place. The Zanesville community is lucky to have them.
