Their website said to call or text for fast response. I texted a couple times over a couple days and never got a response. I hope whoever owns that cell number is
Ok, but if so their service absolutely sucks.

Update: it is absolutely amazing that my texts did not garner a reply over days, but I get an immediate response to a bad review. I wish I had gotten the respect due a customer that the other 45 had received, this probably would have been a different review. Additionally, Had you just owned up to the mistake and apologized, I would have edited this review appropriately. But based on your response, I think this review will stand as is.
And one more thing, the cell number listed is on an android device using RCS, I saw the read response, so please do not lie about the texts not getting through. That is truly disappointing.

I was lucky to find such a good laptop repair service for residential customers on the island. Ralph was very prompt in returning all my calls, answering questions, and provided same day services. Though he was unable to fix my laptop because the hp charging port was fried and not cost effective to fix, he provided helpful suggestions for me in selecting a new laptop. He also transferred my data from my hard drive to the new laptop. The fees for his services were very reasonable. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable and I will not hesitate to contact him again in the future.
