I was there to repair the display of my iPhone. It was very quick, after half and hour and it’s done. On my way home, the iPhone touchscreen became very slow and i thought it was maybe due to the cold weather(-8 degree). But gradually after half a day the touchscreen could no longer function. But before replacing the display, I have never encountered such a problem. I thought It could only be caused during the process of screen replace from yesterday.

When I travelled one hour to the store to repair it again, i was actually a bit annoyed because of this inconvenience. With politeness I didn’t mention my doubt, but only explained the problem. However the employee there was very suspicious, and he persisted that it was my fault and even came to the conclusion that I must have dropped my iPhone on the floor to cause the problem. But I didn’t !!! I insisted that nothing had happed to my iPhone after the repair yesterday but he simply did not believe it, just because of a shallow scratch on the screen, which can most probably be caused by the keys in my pocket. But how can a small scratch cause such a big problem? I don’t get it!!!

In the end, he found the problem was caused by a loose components in the iPhone. And he insisted it was because of severe hit of the phone by me. The five screws in it are loose. How could this be? If the hit was so strong to cause the loose of five screws, then how could the display still be intact after all this?

He further insisted that there were many customs who lie to get some profit. He has to be suspicious. Just because they lie, doesn’t mean that I am also lying!!! And it’s apparent this is just an excuse to escape my Beschwerde. The bad attitude and indifference made me feel so humiliated. The worst service I ever had in Deutschland during the last six years.

It was in the beginning of July when I went there to change my battery. The guy at that time told me that I needa wait for 3 weeks to see the capacity(%) of the new one. But it didn’t work after the time passed and I went there again. The same guy said, software update needed, then it might work immediately or I needa wait another 9 days otherwise. It already made me frustrated but I couldn’t help but following their instructions as a customer. Even the update itself didn’t work on my phone somehow so I did it connecting the cable to my laptop. And after 9 days, I still couldn’t see my new battery working so I went there again for the last time as it was my last day staying in the city. There was a different guy this time who found that there was a battery of another model in my phone, which was totally their mistake. I was pretty upset enough because both the guy back then and I checked many times about my phone model. So I asked the new guy again if it could work well right after changing it into the right one and he said yes.
And guess what, I still couldn’t see the battery capacity changed, still remained as ‘unknown’. Then, he was like, it’s not the battery but the other part of the problem, but since we changed it, it would work well even though you can’t see the capacity written. However, we both could see 3 percent of the battery was worn out in just a few minutes. I even went to the offical apple store to check the capacity but they couldn’t as it was not the original battery.
After all, I paid 80EUR for nothing, even wasting almost 2 months of time. I still don’t get their theory and haven’t received any apology or compensation.

Ich hatte einen Virus auf meinem Handy und konnte ihn nicht loschen. Zum Gluck fand ich diesen Handyladen, indem mir sofort “ohne Bezahlung” geholfen wurde. Ich bin dafur sehr dankbar und kann den Service dort mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Ich werde dort jederzeit wieder hingehen, Danke!
