We’re down in Naples for about 3 months. My wife’s iphone hit the ground hard. We thought it was a goner. We had been bicycling to downtown a few times and had spotted Ali’s shop. We brought the dead phone in, not expecting much.
Ali took a look and for about 150 my wife got back what is essentially a new phone. Couldn’t believe the transformation.
Then i thought about my Alienware laptop. The battery wasn’t holding a charge anymore. The laptop was in great shape but it zero battery life. I brought it to Ali and he ordered in a new battery. I was surprised that it was so inexpensive. My laptop is running like new.
His extensive knowledge apparently can repair just about anything. It it’s electronic and not working I’d recommend stopping by and letting him look at it.

Ali at Smart Tech is a very knowledgeable man I first spoke with him over the phone about a problem and he advised me to try something and it worked! I was so impressed that today I took my lap top in for a clean up as it was running slow. After having a quick check while I was there, he told me it was fine and the problem would be due to my internet connection. His honesty was very refreshing..a lovely man, I would highly recommend him.
