Couldn’t be happier!! Took my completely dead PC in for diagnostics. She was completely dead and as hard as I tried I could not get anywhere figuring out what the issue was. Within a few days they called with the issue (which I would have never seen). A few days later they installed a new part (did not charge for the install just the diagnostics) and I am up and running again. Everyone I talked to there was extremely helpful, courteous and, kind without making me feel like a complete idiot. Dalton is the individual that helped me most and he took time to explain a lot to me for which I am very grateful.

Wonderful service! I went there to have the port cleaned out on my iPhone 12 when I suddenly couldn’t hear my phone calls coming in. It turns out there was a bigger issue, but they cleaned out all of my ports and didn’t charge me anything since it didn’t resolve the issue. They were very fast and the staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend their service to all of my Apple user friends.
We went on line to solve a printer connection problem with our Mac. Unfortunately, we got to a help source that we think wanted to hack us for a lot of money. We got out of that, but our computer was a mess. ITech got our computer going again, gave us excellent advice on how to deal with computer “help” organizations — and all for a very reasonable price. Our future services and purchases will be from iTech.
