I brought my phone in because the screen was terribly cracked. I often rely on my phone for work purposes and they fixed my screen same day with efficiency. The price to fix my phone was beyond affordable. They were honest, kind and made sure that it was working beyond to my standards before I left the store. Inshallah their business continues to grow and maintains success. Its so hard to find people who dont scam/ lie/ cheat/ overcharge. I plan to buy my next iphone and laptop from them as well. May Allah continue to reward them here and in the after. Im beyond grateful they were able to help me out because I was honestly really stressed out about it. 1000/10

I went to get my phone fixed they fixed it but my phone was still messing up in the inside of the phone I came back and they didn’t want to do nothing about it after that, they gave me a free screen protector, I dropped my phone and my screen broke with the screen protector I went back again ready to pay to have my phone fixed again after he then tried to talk to me as I was talking about it and kept on trying to talk over me. They have no respect for there customers they only care about the money and they also have a habit of talking bad about the customer in another language, poor service never coming back again!!

I usually have a good experience at Izzy’s phone repair but this time has to be the worst experience by far. I ended up leaving with a phone that was paid to be fixed but in the end I received a phone that is completely reset and no way to access my existing iCloud. The Only Upside was a kid older gentleman there with black hair and beard that went the length try to further help and understood my frustration vs yelling at me like the older gray hair gentleman that sits behind the wood desk .

Maybe just a bad day for me.
