My laptop screen cracked and JB Computer Services was able to repair my screen in a timely fashion! Not only did they replace my screen, but they made sure that my computer was updated and running smoothly! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to answer my questions in depth! I recommend JB Computer services for all your electronic needs!
I dealt with the owner years ago and finally getting around to giving them 1 more star than they deserve. Just talk with him for 2 minutes and you’ll cringe. I can’t believe he’s still open in a small town like Lockport. Save yourself and go to Best Buy to avoid being taken advantage of.
So far not at all impressed. Took for diagnoses on Monday called Wed. Told will hear end of day.no call,so checked again Thurs. Told will hear Friday. It is already after 1 and still nothing? IF I HEAR NOTHING BY 5 TODAY GOING TO BEST BUY AND PURCHASE A NEW PC
