Jerry is a computer “Genius”! Jerry has been my go-to-guy for my computer problems for two years now. Jerry has resolved issues for me that no other computer repair services, anywhere, has been able to do! Two years ago, my laptop crashed, and I needed to recover tons of data. Tech services across the country (including Best Buy’s Geek Squad) told me that it wasn’t possible without me spending several thousand dollars. I found Jerry’s Computer Repairs from a Google search. Liked what reviews said and what he could do. I called him and told him what I needed. Jerry told me he couldn’t make any promises, but if I brought my laptop in, he would see what he could. The following day he called and said he was able to retrieve the data, transfer it to an external hard drive. Total cost was about $400, which included the new external hard drive.
I highly recommend Jerry Long to anybody in need of computer repair needs! He is truly the BEST in our area and anywhere I have previously lived.

Jerry is amazing!! He went above and beyond to help me, and I could feel that he really cared and wanted to be the hero. Although ultimately my laptop error was fatal (a common issue in the Microsoft Surface Pro world) and nothing could be done, Jerry spent hours and hours trying to see if anything could be done. Our external hard drive crashed while I was cleaning up pictures for 2 upcoming graduations. We thought we lost everything, my husband called Jerry, he thought he could get to it in about a week. My husband explained to him that we had a graduation in a week and another in 4 weeks.
