The folks working at Jet City Device Repair are extremely friendly and accommodating. In the past I’ve had bad experiences with “tech guys”, the kind of guys who talk down to people who aren’t familiar with their field, but these guys were nothing like that. They are very kind and helpful. Welcoming and not intimidating environment. They replaced my iPad screen when i needed it repaired. I had to bring it back because it was having trouble registering my Apple Pencil, and they were happy to remedy the issue with no additional cost, and also explained to me what the internal problem was, which was nice. The waiting area is very comfortable and they even have a coffee machine to use 🙂 I will definitely be coming back here with any future tech problems.

We brought our Surface Pro 7 to this location and we found it to be one of the best experiences with tech repair we have had. They were so helpful with all of my questions through their text based support line and their response time was very quick. Also, they got it repaired (with 3 things total to repair) in less than a day. And we all know how difficult repairs for the Surface Pro 7 can be.
