JI phone repair provides excellent customer service while taking care of your electronic needs at a fair price. My husband and I have had our screens repaired here. Been almost a year since mine was replaced and there has been zero issue. Most recently I took my 11 year old MacBook in to have the hard drive wiped and reset. The computer was almost non-functional so I was unable to do this myself. I took it in and a day later, the computer was reset. The price was fair and honestly the computer works great now. Clearing the hard drive even helped the battery functionality which was positive but unexpected. We no longer need it but it’s nice that it can now be given a second life via donation! Awesome place and shout out to Eddie, took my iPhone 7 Plus to have a new screen put on because I accidentally ran it over with my jeep… Ooops. He fixed it in a reasonable time and actually stayed almost half an hour after closing just so I could have same day repair. Great place to go. I will definitely be a returning customer, just hopefully won’t have to because of an issue with my devices. Thanks again!

Had Eddie fix my broken screen October 13, 2023. He was very professional, in fact everyone in that shop, very professional. Everything explained, smooth and efficient. Oh, yeah, fixed my cell phone in less than an hour. Very prompt on calling you back when the job is completed. These are now, my “Go To Guys” for our cell phones. It pays to go local when you need something done right.
