I recently had help from Jason S. when it came to a pc problem I had and he was not only super helpful, but really patient and polite about my concerns. He was able to help me figure out a problem that I couldn’t and he also educated me on how to handle the issue. I normally get really nervous with computer places as I have been to a particular store before that has the same name as a firearm company and they stole a very expensive part of mine. Glad to know I can trust Jason in particular and his knowledge. Thanks again Jason! -Hope
Today I had some immediate computer repair needs so I called and spoke to Jason. He did a preliminary diagnosis over the phone and told me I could bring it in and he would take a look at it. When I arrived, he greeted me at the counter and asked if I had a few minutes to stick around while he took my computer to the back room. He came back within 10 minutes and it was up and running again. Talk about terrific service!! Thank you Jason!!!
