Joe is a true pro. He’s made it very easy to make an appointment and sends sufficient reminders and contact information. He gives excellent instructions on how to find his business and is conveniently located in Berkeley, steps from multiple, reasonably priced parking options. I needed to get my iPhone screen replaced, which he did while I waited in the very comfortable lobby. He said it would take about 20 minutes but I think it was shorter because I didn’t get to finish the magazine article I was reading. He’s friendly, fast and does great work.

My iPhone XR would no longer charge due to broken charging port. I was very happy with my previous repairs 2 years ago so I planned to return. I found the online booking system to be very convenient. I was able to book for later this morning! I was greeted within several minutes and promised the repair be completed in less than 1/2 hour. When I returned it was ready as promised. I first did business with them about a year ago I broke the glass to my Apple Watch and they fixed it for me for a responsible price….my daughter broke her iPhone 12 screen and I reached out to them as a returning customer and explained to them my issue, he said he can fix it in 10 mins and I was like great. I gave him $150 and he fixed it in 10 mins like new. If I have any problems with any phone or watch I recommend them they are GREAT!!
