My work laptop was acting up. I thought it was the fan so did some research and took it to Jungle PC in Fort Mohave.
Rick diagnosed the problem before he even opened up the laptop. Bottom line, he could have sold me a new fan or a battery but he didn’t. My battery was corroding and because of the age of the laptop, he recommended I just run on the power cord. He cleaned it up, installed Windows updates, checked for viruses, etc. I had my laptop back in 24 hours and it’s been working great. Oh, and his pricing was much lower than I expected. I won’t go anywhere else. Very happy with the service.

WOW, I would mark all of the above attributes to describe the service I received from Rick. He restored my computer and was very informative on how to better organize my information. The store was clean, well organized and I felt secure in leaving my computer (life) in good hands. . I highly recommend Jungle PC and will certainly return in the future for my computer needs.

Rick took good care of us. We brought our older computer in that quit working and he gave us a free diagnostic on it. He could have fixed it but was honest and suggested that we would be better off putting our money towards a new computer. I thought that was cool of him. I’ll be bringing our other computers in so he can go through and service them and clean them up.
