Sent in my Red Magic 6 Pro and they did a superb job of fixing it. They also speak English so it was easy to get in, drop the phone off, and pick the phone up. I can’t guarantee how the inside of my phone looks like in terms of cable management but all my lights work and every corner works. They made quick work of replacing my screen. He informed me I had water damage, I had already known but I did not know it was to the extent to where he could tell as soon as he opened it. I’ll probably have this phone for a year or so before I replace it, but I recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their phone is in good hands. Hopefully I won’t be coming here often but I probably will haha, great repair I hope for decades of prosperity for them.

Had a good experience with kc phone repair. Their prices are way better than any other repair place coinciding with their well defined service. The people at kc phone repair did an excellent job. The only downside is the laser did hit the outer side of the lens but I can just get a camera lens protector and it will cover that up. Thank you guys so much.

They are quick & efficient! I brought my iPad in for a new screen on Christmas Eve (super last minute I know!) they got it done in only a couple hours just like new. Wasn’t expensive either. I’ll definitely be back if I need anything fixed again.
