Lost my Chromebook charger and immediately thought of this business – I hadn’t been here for about 10 years – but from my memory the owner was always very kind – helped my family fix a few computers and when I got a refurbished lenovo that was about 3 years old from them back in 2012 it worked fantastic for years – lasted me until about 2020! They do honest work at a very reasonable price and supporting a local business – its a win win.

3 repair shops refused to even try to clean up a paper jam on my 4 yr old Canon MG5320 printer because of it’s age and complexity. I then saw some positive reviews for Kennedy Exchange in Columbia on an on-line neighborhood site so I brought it to them expecting to hear a “no” from them also. 4 days later it is fixed and working, AND at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Kennedy Exchange.

I had the need for service on my computer. We called Brian at Kennedy Exchange. I dropped the computer off at 1PM and it was repaired and back at my desk by 4PM the same day. I understand that timing is everything and I was fortunate enough to call at the right time.
