I called Kerm today as I had just had my brand new system delivered. The computer wouldn’t turn on and the Ethernet cable wouldn’t light up or work.

Kerm said “its likely the motherboard but I dont want you to spend a whole bunch of money if you have a warranty and you should go ahead and make the company you got it from pay for it, its what I would tell my family”

I called the company and they are willing to repair it fully free of charge so even though I didnt pay for any services I wanted to leave a review as a thank you. Kerm, your honestly and integrity has left an impression and you will be the FIRST person I go to for any future IT needs. Thank you!

I took my iMac in after it was acting slow and erratic. There aren’t many people who work on Macs locally, so finding someone who will work on it is a huge plus short of driving to the Appleton/Milwaukee area. After a long weekend (due to flu on Kerm’s part) I had my computer back. It was cleaned up, the RAM doubled and generally looked over. I’m much happier with its performance, no more color wheel of waiting. I’ll be back, probably for the hard drive upgrade. And all for a very reasonable cost.

I don’t leave reviews as often as I should but Kermit here is more than deserving of a great one. The thing about him is you can tell he genuinely cares about what he is doing. Always a great experience with him even though if I’m seeing him it means things have gone south for my pc. This is the type of person I would drive far and wide to give my business to. Great at what he does and even better customer service. 10/5 stars
