Ordered a laptop from here in late August for my brother. I never received a call or status update, so I stopped by the store in early December. They promised to get my PC in, in a week or two, no call or update. I stopped in again in mid December, they promised a status update in a week. No call or email. I called the store three times and left two separate voicemails, none were returned. I had to stop by the store, yet again, to ask for a refund. They processed my refund while I waited.
** AVOID AT ALL COST**
5 stars a year ago. .5 stars today. Too bad, I really did have an awesome experience the first time around. Sad to say thatI am currently having an awful customer experience. After reading other reviews it seems I need to put a stop payment on my order. From full vm to no call back. I can understand things come up but I can’t even get the excuses some others have gotten. I’ll look elsewhere.
always friendly. but there customer service is a 2 they dont update you. i paid for a custom pc with a eta of 7 to 10 buisness days starting on the 27th of january 2021 its now feb 17th 2021 and ive asked for a refund due to my order not being completed in a timely manner. ive only had excuses since my 2nd email to them and never get a hold of them by phone.1 star rating and only becuase hey are polite.
