Call this person ask if estimate were free he said yes if you are at northeast side, I said yes, he came and turn the tv on looked to it on the front part with a flashlight and said it the tv light that need to be replace, I ask how much for the repair he told me it was more that it cost so I decide not to fix it, so he told me I had to pay him $65 I told him but you told me by phone it was free estimate he told with actitud and rude that it had to be cash or cash app or he would do a police report I told him well give a break to go to atm to get cash just to avoid problem when my husband came back with the money he was gone! Just in case I did a report to police! I do not recommend this place!

Awesome customer service, the gentleman was very informative of the process from ordering parts, all the way up to delivery. I was nervous at first sense this was my first time getting a repair were someone came to my home to pick up the product but rest assured everything worked out great. The lcds went dim after a storm.
The TV is working like brand new if not better no more glitching. Also now I have another electronic I need to get fixed, so definitely they will be getting my business Again. thank you so much. From my family to yours 4 day turnaround it gets no better than that!
