If I could give 10 I would. From the first call and in between with MANY questions and until I met up with Terry/Knight Computers 48 hrs later, I received fast efficient advice & customer service that I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for future repairs.
Terry went above & beyond to analyze our MAC ” issues” and concerns & advise us moving forward and in the world today, it’s difficult to find & receive hands on excellent customer service like Terry’s My husband & I are grateful for having a business like Knight Computer in Bay County! Terry Knight Is a knowledgeable and very capable technician. I was extremely pleased and surprised that he was able to recover EVERYTHING on and old PC that had extremely important programs and files on it including my business files. I have an office in Atlanta and if I have any serious problems there I will pack the computer in the car and drive to see Terry at Knight Computer Technologies in Panama City. I have never posted, a review before but the speed, quality of work and reasonable prices made it important to communicate. He is a nice guy as well.
