I brought in my phone because it had some water damage. The worker informed me that because it is an iphone 14, the screen can be more challenging to take off. The employee informed me that it seems unlikely, but its possible that the screen can crack, but he did say since the phone does not have any cracks, it seems unlikely.

The issue with the phone was that it was still containing water, so the worker did inform me that he was going to see if he can remove as much as possible and also see if that helps the issue of the phone rebooting itself.

When I came back to pick up my phone, the issue was not solved but worst of all, my screen now had 2 sets of lines which makes the screen defected at this point. He still had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to buy a new screen, to then I replied, no, in fact he made my phone worst.

He did warn me about the phone potentially cracking, but this is something else he did not bring up. very disappointed. Keep this in mind, as he was showing me process of the phone and attempting to add a new battery he had already replaced the screen with one of his and I had no idea (my screen) had been broken at this point. Until he removed it and then let me know he had broken my screen and if I would like to get a new one, it would cost me $190

About a week ago, I came into this place to repair the screen on my IPhone 14 Pro Max(very expensive phone when I bought it). The employee there was very nice actually and told me that luckily my phone was not severely damaged so he should be able to fix it in around 30 minutes. The cost of the repair was $190 which is alot but fairly cheap for a phone like mines.

In the time I was waiting I went to a fast food place to pass time and it took me 15 minutes to go and get back. By the time I returned, the phone was repaired! It honestly caught me by shock cause I thought it would be 30. The phone was intact, made sure it worked properly with apps and such and yea it felt the way I had it from the start. He did warn me that it could break easily again so with that in mind, I bought a screen protector just in case.

This business cares about making their customers happy and will go the extra mile to make things right. I unfortunately had a screen installed that had defects from the factory, but they replaced it promptly and made the process easy. It wasn’t their fault, but they went the extra mile to make me feel valued as an important customer. Sometimes things are out of the business owner’s control, but how they deal with it shows how the best ones deal with problems that happen. Thanks for being that type of business that will always deal with customers issues with integrity and honesty when things might not work as expected. I highly recommend this company to both do good work and stand behind it!
