I have gone to this place years ago and had amazing, fast, honest and fairly priced service. I have had two different laptops repaired here and just today went in for a broken hinge on my laptop. He looked up the parts for the new hinge and in the process found that I had a service agreement with Dell that would cover the fix for free. I could not be more appreciative of his professionalism and honesty to point me in the right direction. Like a good mechanic, honesty is everything in a business like this and he is a class act. I would recommend this business to anyone with computer needs/issues. I trust this business completely. Thanks again for your selfless help!

KEvin built him a PC over 10 years ago. It is still going strong until recently. Although I moved to 1600 miles away from Crystal Lake, he has been great about getting on the phone and trying to help me work out the problem. Very genuine and committed to help get your computer back up in action! Wish I still lived there, he would have it in his lap!
