Brought my laptop in because my laptop screen which was though screen no longer was working after my dog stepped on it. The gentleman was so kind and listened to my issue. All of my schoolwork including my finals were on the laptop and my situation was urgent. After leaving him the computer, it was determined the cost would be more than the laptops worth to fix it so instead he extracted all the data from the laptop and put it on a simple to use flash drive. Service was prompt, cost was excellent, and the gentleman was so nice. He confirmed I had everything off the laptop that I needed after showing up to get the memory stick from him and after confirming I was good to go.
