I left three televisions with
Mr. William Brown. He said he will have them repaired the same day.
My son and I live two hundred miles south of Odessa Texas in Presidio Texas. After our doctor’s appointment I tried to contact Mr. Brown. Mr. Brown did not respond to my text or phone calls. The next day I arrived at his place of business/house to pay for repairs and retrieve our three televisions. Mr. Brown said he has repaired and successfully tested one of the TV’s but needed parts for the other two.
I paid Mr. Brown $80 for the repair of our Westinghouse television and I agreed to return for the other two during the month of October 2023.
Upon arriving home my son and I discovered that the Westinghouse was not working. Mr. Brown said he would order a new 24inch with built-in DVD player on eBay and have it shipped to our PO Box to make up for the inconvenience.
Expected date was September 8th 2023.
No repairs have been done.
No new television has arrived.
No updates provided.
Doing business with William Brown has proven to be a waste of my time and money.

Would leave a 0 if I could. This guy is an absolute scam. I wish I had read more reviews before contacting him. He showed up at my house to diagnose an issue I had with my TV, I paid him for the house call and in advance for the required parts and service to return and put it in. He told me the part would arrive in 4 days and he’d return to fix it. It has been months of him supplying flimsy excuses for why he can’t do the work, dodging time frames that he supplies on his own, and now we are at the part where he ghosts me completely. Please avoid this scumbag and find someone else. William if you read this, you have my number.

Edit: Seems this review reached him. As you failed to complete the work and did not respond to my messaging, I have already ordered a replacement, costing me even more money. At this point all you can do is refund the money I paid for work you didn’t do.

My tv needed new backlights. He told me he was ordering lights that would be better and last longer than the ones the TV called for. He got the lights and put them in and everyone of them can be seen on the picture. He told me that he would change them if they were to bright. I sent him pictures to show how much they showed through. Now he refuses to make it right. He told me they would not send him another set. These lights can be ordered at numerous companies. He also left a screwdriver inside my tv. All he said was sorry. Now he will not return my calls or fix my tv right. Very unprofessional. He did not keep his word.
