It pains me to write a negative review on a small business, but this owner does not have honest business practices. We brought our iPhone in for a screen replacement, and three months later the screen failed. One of the employees agreed that this would fall under their warranty policy, but the owner Tino disagreed.

The owner placed blame on us by ” dropping the phone” or ” bumping into something while it was in my pocket “. This is completely untrue. We did not damage the phone, the part is defective.

The owner refused to honor his warranty policy. When we disputed the charge with our credit card he fabricated a false policy that was not originally listed on our invoice. Instead of trying to work with us, Tino is trying to take advantage by charging us a second time for a new screen.

Customers BEWARE of this establishments shady business practices.

Tino and Elijah are Awesome! I was on the phone with Verizon Tech Coaches for 4 hours. They told me my phone had a serious software error and that after a hard reset, I would need a new phone. >>> Tino fixed my phone in 10 minutes. <<< The Coaches also told me my phone picture folder and SD card were full, and that I was out of storage. Not true. Tino showed me that my SD card was 128 Gig and only 30% full. He is a genius. Please do not take your phone or laptop to anyone else.

I never leave reviews but Tino is such a gem the people need to know – has helped me out so many times and is like your cool cousin who’s always got your back and will make sure you’re not getting ripped off. Always goes above and beyond for me. 10/10
