I have been a client of this company, which was formerly known as NYPC IT, since 2011. I have always been very happy with the friendly service they gave me, but this week they outdid themselves. Last week end I clicked on a link to OneDrive and immediately all my files, etc. were moved. The worst problem was that my email in Outlook totally disappeared! I tried to fix it myself but couldn’t, so on Monday I took both my desktop and my laptop to these fine folks. They managed to totally restore everything I’d lost and get me up are running again. I cannot tell you how relieved I am. They get my unqualified support!

Had problems with my computer after it was supposedly “fixed” and for a hefty sum too. Took it down here in the end, and Fernando and Stephanie took really good care of me and got the job done quickly and for a really good price compared to most who will charge a great deal. These guys are the best in the Desert to take your PC down to whenever you have problems.

My mum had an issue with her IPhone and although they couldn’t do anything to fix it they gave us information on where we could get further help. She also explained to me how I could try things at home. Must say over and above the call of duty would recommend to all. Thank you so much for you help!!
