John at Lightning Phone Repair is one of the kindest and most generous business owners I’ve ever worked with!!!! My Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra screen died, and every other place I called wanted $350!! Originally, John said he could do it for $200, and I told him I’get back to him. A week later, I called and told him I couldn’t due to at the moment. John then said he would be willing to do it for $150, which was amazing because I knew he would lose money on that!! But I told him I still couldn’t at the moment, due to my other expenses, but thanked him for even being willing to go that low for me. After that, I asked him if there was anything he needed prayer for, and he told me something he would like prayer for. So I just prayed for a minute, asking Jesus to help him, and bless him and his family and business.
We hung up, then 20 minutes later, I look down at my phone, and John texted me this: “Hi Mark, this is John with Lightning Phone Repair. I just wanted to say thank you, thank you so much for the prayer, that really meant a ton to me. I also wanted you to know that I’ll be fixing your phone for free. i’ll be ordering the screen on Tuesday due to the memorial day weekend and I should have it here around Thursday. You cant so no! :)”
I was absolutely blown away by his kindness and thoughtfulness to offer to fix my phone for free, simply because I prayed for him. And so I took my phone in there the next week, they repaired it in a little over an hour, and the screen looks so clean and well done!! Tony, John’s assistant, did a great job putting the new screen on, and I am so pleased with it!!!
All that to say, go see John and Tony at Lightning Phone Repair- they’re great men that do wonderful work, and are really kind people!!!! I couldn’t recommend a cell phone repair shop more than theirs!!!! Thanks again so much John for your generosity!!!

John from Lightning Phone Repair did a great job repairing my cracked iPhone X screen as a super reasonable price. He was super friendly and was very responsive to my email about a super last minute request for a repair as I was traveling through Redding over a two day window. He repaired my screen on the same day I reached out and completed the job in 20 minutes while I sipped on a cool drink nearby. His shop is clean, professional, and includes seating. He even went above and beyond and charged my phone after he finished the repair. Five stars!

This place has saved my iPhone 11 twice now! Super affordable and really fast service. The guys are so nice and helpful. Last year I cracked my screen and chose to get it fixed here after calling around for prices and yesterday when my phone wasn’t working after dropping it in the river I knew exactly where to take it. I tell all my friends and family to take their phones here and I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I need to. Thank you so much John for saving me so much money and for saving my iPhone! =D
