Initially I had storage issues with my laptop, but as they were working on that, the tech noticed the “ballooning” of my battery which can result it FIRE! That’s right! I made the decision to purchase a new laptop and the guidance I received from their handy purchase guide was exactly what I needed. I chose to let them transfer all my data and they were finished within a day. Over the course of the various issues, I worked with three different techs and each one was incredibly helpful. So often tech support treats those of us who aren’t completely tech savvy with a low level of disdain. Not here! They could not have been more accommodating, explaining everything step by step. I have found my long-term tech support place. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
