iPhone 15 with some existing dings took a swim one evening, worked for a couple of hours, but the screen died in the morning. I took it in, said it fell in the water, and I was told it needed a screen replacement for $230. I said okay, filled out a form, and was told it would be ready that evening.

They do no have their act together. I received no updates ever, we had to visit 5 more times, and was charged another $110.

When I first picked it up, the screen wasn’t seated correctly and it would click in and out of place as used it. He tried re-seating it a couple of times to show it was as good as it could get, but still had a bit of a click to it.

15 minutes after leaving, the screen stopped responding to touches. So I headed back again, and he says he’ll need to replace the screen again, but he doesn’t have any more screens, so it’ll be ready Monday evening.

I was traveling, my wife tried to pick it up on Wednesday, and they didn’t know what phone was ours, and eventually said they didn’t have the phone there and it would be another $110.

There were no calls, emails, texts. They’d done nothing to associate the phone with the form I’d filled out. When I next went, they weren’t open at their scheduled hours and I’d need to come back a couple hours later (I had work though).

Finally got it back along with the extra bill. The screen doesn’t sit flush anymore, but at least it doesn’t click and it’s still working two weeks later.

Took him my Ipad to get the screen repaired. I left with a. iPad that won’t charge( Worked fine before).
Also, the screen wasn’t installed right.
It had a big gap on one side.(See photo below)
Ubreakifixit had to fix it, and told me whomever installed the screen likely broke it. They also left one of there tools inside my Ipad.
When I told him of the issue, he never took accountability, even after I showed him pictures and the tool left inside.
He took ZERO accountability for incorrectly installing the screen, or breaking my charger, or leaving a tool inside.
I just decided to move on to another repair place. You should too.
