This is all good except for the fact that they had no clue what to do with my computer. And them being extremely rude to me while I tried to inform them about the issues on my computer. They don’t cooperate with the customer they’re just completely used to being given the items without the customer knowing absolutely anything so they just work in silence without asking what the issue could be before hand. I placed the computer there, they had no idea how to turn my computer on, and they had no idea how to remove gpu, also dropped the screw in my gpu multiple times. And upon explaining the issues of the computer I was told to fix it myself. Before that they said that it would most likely take 3-4 HOURS to take apart a computer with 25 screws. They don’t ask what the issue is before you give them your computer, They don’t tell you what the problem is directly. They do not like you telling anything about your computer that may help them and they’re rude. On that note it’s an amazing place to get yelled at like a fool. Also they placed my ram incorrently. 5 out of 5.

Small and not very useful if you aren’t able to fix a budget computer. I would suppose that’s the meaning of work the clients come in and you take in the job and get paid for the work in doing so but not here it seems if they have actually work for the job such as repairing ,fixing or actual fixing or labor they wont take the job. Bad experience here and so I wouldn’t recommend it there. When I walked in the small space they didn’t even acknowledge me. I hope they close and go out of buisiness they are useless in the neighborhood.

This place is horrible. Bad service everyone is rude. I brought my switch here, to fix the charger port. They didnt fix it even though they had claimed to. They had also opened my switch and broken my joy-con sliders. And they still had the audacity to charge me $80. Definitely going back for MY money. If I would’ve know this I would’ve rather just buy another one.
